Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Xaginet Technologies supplies ICT hardware, accessories, printing materials and consumables, and office stationery to individuals, SMEs, schools, government offices and NGOs. We do not provide internet or network setup services.

2. Product Returns and Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase with original receipt.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable condition.
• Opened consumables (ink cartridges, toner, opened stationery) are not returnable unless faulty.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds processed within 7-14 business days to original payment method.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.

4. How to Request a Return

Please include your name, receipt/invoice reference, and reason for request. We respond within 3-5 business days.
